AwayGame Venue Partner Agreement
This Venue Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation by restaurants, bars, lounges, breweries, and other participating establishments ("Venue Partners") utilizing AwayGame's Platform.
By claiming or creating a Venue listing, you agree to the following terms.
Venue Responsibilities
Venue Partners agree to:
- Provide accurate business information.
- Maintain current operating hours.
- Accurately represent the sports teams and sporting events promoted at their establishment.
- Comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements.
- Maintain all required permits and alcohol licenses where applicable.
Team Affiliations
Venue Partners may voluntarily indicate the teams and fan communities they welcome.
Venue Partners understand that:
- AwayGame does not guarantee fan attendance.
- Team listings are promotional only.
- Venue Partners may modify supported teams at any time.
- Team affiliations do not constitute official relationships with any sports organization.
Showing Sporting Events
AwayGame encourages Venue Partners to consistently broadcast sporting events associated with the teams they promote.
Repeated inaccuracies regarding game availability or team support may result in:
- Listing modifications
- Removal of promotional placement
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent removal from the Platform
Premium Services
AwayGame may offer:
- Featured venue listings
- Sponsored placements
- Premium subscriptions
- Marketing packages
- Advertising opportunities
Additional fees and terms may apply.
User Reviews
Users may provide reviews or ratings regarding their experiences.
AwayGame reserves the right to:
- Remove fraudulent reviews
- Moderate abusive content
- Investigate reported misconduct
Venue Partners agree not to manipulate or falsify reviews.
Venue Promotions
Venue Partners retain full discretion regarding:
- Food and beverage specials
- Cover charges
- Reservation policies
- Seating arrangements
- Promotional events
AwayGame assumes no responsibility for venue-specific promotions.
Intellectual Property
Venue Partners grant AwayGame permission to display:
- Venue names
- Logos
- Images
- Promotional descriptions
- Team affiliations
solely for purposes of operating and marketing the Platform.
Venue Partners represent that they possess all necessary rights to submitted materials.
Limitation of Liability
AwayGame makes no guarantees regarding:
- User traffic
- Revenue generation
- Reservation volume
- Fan attendance
- Business performance
Participation in the Platform does not constitute a guarantee of financial results.
Suspension and Removal
AwayGame reserves the right to suspend or terminate Venue Partner accounts that:
- Provide misleading information;
- Engage in fraudulent conduct;
- Violate applicable laws;
- Abuse Platform functionality; or
- Violate this Agreement.
Relationship of the Parties
Venue Partners are independent businesses.
Nothing contained herein creates any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between AwayGame and any Venue Partner.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles County, California unless otherwise required by law.
